Chocolate Chip Bunt Cake

Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake
• 1 Package Devils Food Cake
• 1 Large Package Instant Chocolate Pudding
• 8oz Sour Cream
• 4 Large Eggs
• ¾ cup Oil
• ½ cup Water
• 2 cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips
• GLAZE
• 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
• 4 Tbsp Butter
• 2 Tbsp Light Corn Syrup
Preparation Steps
1. Pre-heat oven to 350◦
2. Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips.
3. Medium speed for 4 minutes.
4. Fold in chocolate chips.
5. Bake in greased/floured bunt pan for 45 minutes. I use Pam w/flour.
6. Cool for 5 minutes then turn and release from pan.
7. Cool before glazing.
8. CHOCOLATE GLAZE
Combine all ingredients in a heavy-bottom saucepan
and stir over very low heat until the chocolate is melted
and the mixture is smooth. Drizzle over cake immediately.
